Picture At Mission Start

I've downloaded Mando's Splash which is a template for having text upon mission start. I'm looking for a guide to create a picture upon mission start up. I just need a simple example to get me started. If you know of a mission that already has this feature, please send me a download link and I will just take a look at it and see how they did it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
