I've a question.
Is it posible to give a Maverick a new target per script like "fired" EH ??

Nope, you cannot change the target of an ArmA missile, but you may use scripted ones like Mando Missile suite or order the launcher to target and fire against an invisible target (there are some addons providing them) and then move this invisible object from the position of a potential target to the position of another one, but the missile will just follow that invisible target and you will not get credit of any kill.
