I have downloaded and have done everything i need to do with the ups-f.sqf script. It works when i preview it but every time i go to host it on multiplayer it says ups-f.sqs could not be found what is it that im missing?

Find an example MP mission that uses it (Air Cavalry does), de-pbo it and see how the designer placed it.

Isn't there an MP example in the Scripts release???
