Problems with the Bulldozer(viewer)

Hi everybody.
I have a problem with the o2viewer(the bulldozer). When I open o2 the bulldozer shall pop up by itself, but i just get an error message which says: "Unable to open external viewer". I have no problems with the o2, just the bulldozer. And when I try to open the bulldozer myself, it displays an open sea! Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem?

I suggest you read Brsseb's Tutorial on setting up bulldozer and Oxygen.  I found Brsseb's tutorial very useful when I installed O2 and Bulldozer.
