 - ORCS motorized infantry, including weapons pack. great.
 - Suchey and Earls marine assualt pack, sounds and textures amazing.
 - Winter Nogujev, classic. (also saves time trying to dowload winter units)
 - TMD aircraft, Su22 and M4, weapon loadouts, work and look good

Some missions...
 - Facile Ground, original idea. keeps you playing.
 - Night of the living conscript. its got zombies ;D!
 - Hawk in Nets, ultimate espionage action.

aw, come on people, you're being unfair, i said it was my favorite of all time, it doesn't make it great, it makes it very playable. With no addons.

PMC Ranger Path is also very good.  The missions in it are "different" from the normal squad missions.

Unfortunately, "Ranger Path' uses weaponpool= to carry over ammo and medical status from one mission to the next. While clever in concept it's been very poorly thought out, making some missions in the campaign virtually unplayable.

worse, it's not a campaing, just a mission pack, there's no logicality to what-happens-next.

You said campaigns?  The Retaliation Campaign is friggin' awesome.  Go to the Avon Lady's site, the missions section, get the demo and in the review is a URl to their site I think.
