Technical Problem on OFPEC

I have found a technical problem for the FTP and HTTP thingy.  I tried to upload an addon onto FTP but I have invalid login and pw?  even though i followed the instructions stating the username is ftp i forgot, and pw was something i just forgot too lol.  So i tried HTTP and it said it was there but it really isnt... ???
