The textures from NUT_Ger_sol-Addon was too bright for me , too so i try something myself
The Soldier on the right is from the MMP Basic Pack and the other left are from NUT_Gersoldiers with textures from MMP.
I am not a designer but i think they look a little bit better so they are same with the MMP_design.
Only gives this picture at the moment. After hight request the Pack later , too.

I have made the Tarnfleck a little bit smaller then i looks not so ehrmm...big or blurred
