How come in visitor I get an error that says I cannot convert a surface targa file into a paa texture file?  It is in the surface textures definition window.

Is it 256x256, 512x512 etc in size, uncompressed, 24 (Possibly 16bits)
O2 has the same problem (Well, it's an OFP restriction)

That targa is part of BIS's visitor tutorial, so I find an invalid image hard to believe.  By the way, I am trying out island editing.

I don't personally use visitor much anymore, but you can use PAATool to quickly convert tga -> paa

For best results, verify that your TGA is indeed a 32bit TGA with an Alpha layer, and not a 24bit alpha-less file.
