No entry 'config.bin::CfgWeapons.uce_pmkm'.

I have OFP cold war crises (I don't have resistance).  I put some addons in the addon folder.  When I attempted to launch the game, it crashed to desk top and gave me the msg in the subject line.  I have since deleted the new addons but still can't get the game to work.  What am I supposed to do?

Also, i'm in Iraq.  Is there anyway to pay and download OFP: Resistance?  I don't want to wait two months for it to arrive in the mail.
