Lowering sound

Is it possible to lower the effect volume on everyones game? or lower the sound of a vehicle? im trying to have some music playing during flight.. but you cant hear it without blasting the music till u cant understand what its saying anyway  :-\

If the server you are playing on has 3rd available, then switch to 3rd mode its much quieter
