chopper delivery and pickup by radio mission

I'm currently working on a tutorial mission that enables you to be picked up by radio request, dropped off at an lz and the chopper will wait till you are all out, then the chopper will fly away and land somewhere engines off.  Then after you are done with your mission you use the radio again to come pick you up.  It does and it lands and waits for you to all get in, then it takes you somewhere where you will get out to end the game.   I know this is going to help alot of people.  

Then in the same mission, I'm going to have a helicopter that will actually pick you up by radio to take you to a rearm point and health point then drop you off back in combat again.
