How do i make soldiers stand at ease?

I.e. with their hands behind their back....i believe it's called parade ground stance or something like that?   ???

Welcome to the forum!

You need a playmove/switchmove animation.   Which one I don't know, but there is a complete list here.   I suspect the loon will have to be weaponless and setBehaviour "safe" for it to work.
