How can I edit maps I have gotten from people online in Multiplayer???

use the tools Make PBO &  PBO decryptor from Amalfi that can be found here:

http://www.ofpec.com/editors/browse.php?browsewhat=3&category=3_2

de-pbo them and then you can take the folder that you get after that  and place it in your users/missions folder... then you can get at it in the editor
