resistance config.bin

I would realy like to get a decoded config.bin from OFP:Resistance.  

I do not have the OFPManager Tool and I can't find the tool on the internet.

I also tried to download the file from InternalEditing but it didn't work (perhaps broken link or my firewall). I got all other files (resource.cpp v1.47,v1.75,config.cpp 1.47).

Could somebody give me a hint were else i can find OFPManager or the config.cpp from 1.75 or could somebody upload the file somewhere?

The link to config.cpp for Resistance v1.75 is broken on InternalEditing website, you can grab it manually using the following link:
