panning faces in a moving vehicle

Ok, here's the problem. I've got 8 guys in the back of a moving helicopter, I want to do a close-up shot of each persons face for 2 seconds, then pan to the next person, and so forth, as well as have text come up.
Can someone please tell me how to do this.
