It seems to be a stubit question but why
can I walk through my building model?

Ive made geometry LOD, applied mass 600 kg and made named selection to all building in this lod.
wtf?

How have you made your Geo LOD?
It needs to be made up of completely closed boxes.
Have a look at one of the demo model geo LODs or someone elses addon for an idea of how it's done.

Also geometry objects need to be at least  a half meter thick.
