Dragonfly addon?

Hey sorry if this is in the wrong place- didnt know where to put it  
I was looking at the rts3 mission, but I dont know where to get the PSC-Dragonfly addon I can find it in a 30MB pack, but that will take aaaages to download  :'( and i've got all the other addons in the pack anyway. Does anyone know where I can get the Dragonfly addon on its own?
