Guidelines for OFPEC addon submission?

I saw a reference yesterday, in another topic, to a certain group of LODs that must be present in addons for them to be accepted by OFPEC. That was an excerpt, I take it, and I wonder: where are the guidelines? Before I get too far along in my first mod, I'd like to know what those guidelines are so I can strive to meet them.

BTW, I checked the Addon Depot's link to submission guidelines: http://www.ofpec.com/userboard/addon/guidelines.php

... and find no mention of LODs. That's why I ask.
