Ok I want to get a soldier model, standard BIS one or other. Get its textures, extract them to an editable format. Edit them. Convert them back. Pack it.

Simple texture stuff people used to do way back at the beginning of OFP addons :)

So I assume I will need:
a pbo packer/unpacker
A texture extracter/conveter

Can someome give me some tips? were to get theese progs?

u can edit the textures with "adobe photoshop" ... it deals very well with transparency and .TGA pictures!! but you'll have to ''buy'' this software ;)
