Newb O2 Question

Is there anyway of Sizing A model in O2, I want to make my Model smaller but I can't figure it out. I tried looking for the answer in some tutorials and searching message boards but I can't seem to find the answer. Thanks in advance.

 hit ctrl+a to select all.. then  go up to the menu bar... and select    points > transform 3D > scale
