TUTORIAL SECTION MESSED

Yea, I'm new here, so I may sound naive when i say this, but the whole turorial section is messed up...None of the links work in it, and every time i try to load a turoail, an error page comes up and says "Not Found"...Please let me know if this is something that has been pointed out before.
