a BETTER scoring system

i need some help in creating or can you provide a scipt in which give 2 points per kill and -1 point for each death and 5 points for flag capture for individual only ( meaning if i capture flag i get the points only -- and if i die i lose a point just to clear things up) and last but not least, the script will determine the winner by total team points not flag captures
So in a sense u cant win by scoring a flag capture only by the effort made each team
