This really isn't much a conversation to have in this forum,we as ofpec do only accept winzip files, winrar may compact a litlle bit better, but you'll find 10 guys using winrar compared to 10.000 using winzip which don't have winrar.
However this may serve as a conversation to know if we as ofpec have a nice politic around this matter, so to know the community's opninion this will stay open, Global Moderators please correct me if this should be Locked

The connection of this topic to OFP editing is vague to non-existant. Hence, it's off topic. As Skaven has pointed out, we only accept ZIP files, simply because the format is widely supported, the compression ratio is sufficient and source code and decompression algorithms are freely available.
