Need Halp with weapons model tutorial

followed all instructing but on bulldozer it shows only one side while my scope and barrell are fine coz i created them seperately i have attached a pic, i think its something to do with the blue lines not going outwards

blue lines not outwards?
Select those faces and press W to reverse the face (facing) direction.
