Some questions about the weapons

Hello ! I'm new on this forum and i'm making my first add-on.
It's a weapon, but i meet some problems, adn I come here to ask your help.
I have finish the model and the texture, but i don"t know how to :
- Determinate where the camera go when aiming (right click)
- Determinate the anim when a shot is fired (the bolt that get back, for example)
- Determinate the rate of fire

I'm not sure to post in the right part of the forum.
