Problem with City island by Shrademn'Yyhrs

Hi guys,

 I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I'm trying to use City island by Shrademn'Yyhrs and when I load it I get the following message:
Error Loading - FML_OBJECTS\MIG_CORNFIELD.PSD (Magic)

I can still use the island but I end up with big areas of white.

Any suggestions?
