PMC Somalia v0.3 installation problem

Hi guys; I'm trying to install this simple addon (Somalia addon) which should not be this hard. Instructions tell me to just put it in my directory.

After clicking the island to open it and i insert a unit and start the map. ArmA crashes and gives me this error below.
