Popup targets - moving and popping up randomly - how to?

I would like to have some popup targets that move from one side to the other and some targets that popup randomly.

Can anyone help me?

Well, I already searched the forum (and others too). I found some threads about how long the targets stay down or how many shots are needed, but not about how to move the targets.
