Converting resistance addons for OFP v1.46

As the title says, is it possible to convert an addon such as a vehicle that was originaly only compatible with resistance, so that it would work with the original falshpoint v1.46? Because I dont have resistance expansion pack.

Are there any tutorials out there for this?
