USMC Drill Instructor Campaign Hat needed

Hey everyone. I have no skills in Oxygen. Though I have tried to learn, there is no way that I can gain the expertise of some of you out there. I am needing someone to make a Campaign hat that the Drill Instructors wear at US military training installations. I am also looking to find out how to retexture soldiers and make it look like they are in their dress uniforms. I know that there are a lot of tutorials on that part, but I haven't found anything concerning the headgear. Thanks for any of your help.
