Well the BAS Blackhawk pilots have the NVGoogles you're looking for.

The uniforms would just need a texturer, or check the addons depot on the last few pages, there's lots of stuff by David Berka with reskinned Russian units.

And don't dorget Snake! ;D  Or Raiden and his other uniform, his birthday suit. :-X

Then the assualt guys with the riot shields and shotguns....
