problem with JAM2?
« on: 26 Jan 2005, 16:55:43 »
 ???

I did a search on JAM2-but couldn't find anything relating to my problem. I'm hoping maybe someone can help me....
I downloaded the WLW OPFOR Resistance soldiers and the Project UKF forces infantry pak-both require JAM2,
I downloaded JAM2 and installed it.
When I try and use any of the above units in the mission editor-when I do the mission preview-the game freezes on the black "getting ready" screen.
I tried re downloading the jAM2 files and reinstalling them-it didn't make any difference.
One question I have-the unit files readme said just put the pbo's in the res/addon folder-but it didn't mention what to do with the enclosed Config folder-where does that go? and is it necessary to run the downloads?

Hmm, can you use the Jam-men? The BIS guys with Jam weapons?

If so then its prolly the other addons or the config. But I've never used those units so... :P

Maybe its in the readme? :-\

good luck ;)

I don'tthink you have to do anythin with the configs.. aren't they just there for addon makers?
