Transport Tycoon ofp

We are doing this Transport tycoon mod and i need a good island for it i got the addons= factorys, mines powerplant, harbour and so on.. so i need to have these on 1 island so people dont have to download like 50 addons  :-\

New Hawkland is pretty good, its on ofp.info i think. Its got pretty much the stuff you want. Harbor, Mine, Industrial area towns etc.
