Why have i got flashes

On the vietnam units and choppers the textures a scrued as in the gun flash is allways there and the rotor blades are on spinning texture when it's stationary.??

Your Vietnam addons aren't Resi v1.75 compliant. They've been updated now so get the 1.75 compliant ones.
