can anyone make a fat civilian man... and if possible make him shorter.... like a little fat kid =) ;D

i hear that is possible but you would need to redo all the animations (theres like 100 animaions you would have to redo)

and as far as i know no One really wants to do that

Not to exapnd length ways..
Aslong as you only want him, uh, wider.. You only have to edit the model..
When you want to change the height.. THEN all the anims need to be redone
