camSetDive?

I've never seen or used this camera command be4 : camSetDive, can any1 tell me what this command do? And can anyone tell me of the other new 'cam' commands and what it does?

As far as I know it still doesn't work, it supposed to set the dive angle of the camera so you could point it at the ground or up in the sky.
