new at addon making

i recently downloaded Milkshape to begin my quest on making addons.  i have 1 very basic model.  can some of ya'll that know what your doing tell me if this model is good enough to continue work on or should it be trashed and start afresh.  

Also some of you "big name" addon makers(you know who you are) like this model well enough since i cant make textures or anything else needed in an addon, the model is for sale.  the price, you gotta include me in the readme file as helping to make the model.
