How to make ai take magazine

How do i use "Take Magazine" Action?  

I need ai to pick up magazine that other soldier droped whit this acion:

_Carrier action ["DROP MAGAZINE",pl,0,0,"Osa_Mag"]
i tryed whit

_Shoot action ["TAKE MAGAZINE",pl,0,0,"Osa_Mag"]

but wont work!  :-\
