What programs can be used to animate?

Yeah, I know that there's OFPAnim, but is that the only one? Is there a way to import animations from other programs? (I tried downloading TeaCup's Maya tool, but the archive opens up empty).

Any info that anyone has would be awesome!

I've checked the download, and the zip is still there. Your download
must have been timed out or something. You could try again, but i wouldn't
do that if i were you. Cause in a few days, i will release a beta of my new
animation kit for Maya.  With new and improved stuff. But you need Maya
to use it..
