This should be possible; making a tornado addon for ofp (the wind one not the plane) or hurricanes that would be good for some of those tropical islands and woud look nice in the ECP MOD that would be cool tho the addon would have to be scaled down because some of the hurricanes are mor than 300miles wide bigger than any ofp map or if not make a animated sky texture of a hurricane moving!!! that would be sooo cool
