Pictures in Cuscenes

Ok, Ive been editing for a while and i can do a lot with my maps but ive never rele got around to putting a picture in my cutscene...untill now ::). I checked another mission but i didnt rele understand it all that well (but i think i was missing something in there). So someone that nos how to do this please give me a short but clear explanation how  ;D I'd rele appreciate it.

Hey, Thanks a lot Captain, that saved me a lot of time and thining over this prob. It worked flawlessly my first try  ;) Also, Sui great job on the tut, clear and short.
