transporting vehicles with larger vehicles

Is it possible to transport trucks, jeeps, units, etc by using the lst54  or some of the need addons ch47 or c-130. If so how do i get my vehicle to start inside the transporting vehicle. Works with units fine, but if i try to transport a zodiack by ch47, the collision are out of control. please help.
I've seen it done by transporting outside of vehicles.
