Can someone make an addon??

Hey all, I have an idea for an addon but lack the skill to create them!
   Anyway, how about a zodiac boat? I know that it would need a driver (of course) and I know there would be some problems making it possible to fire personal weapons from "inside" the raft. So if it only needed the one person as driver, others could stand on top of it and still be able to fire their personal weapons.
   I have seen many wicked movies where the guys in black sneak down a river in their raft and blow away the baddies and such, I think it would rock!!!! Heres a pic of what I'm rambling about.

a zodiac raft has already been made.  Im pretty sure it is made by Colonel Clink

The zodiacs are being redone with new proxy seating positions and at least one firing position (within current ofp constraints), and the ability to use CoC swimming ability to get in and out of the zodiac when at sea.
