Fast turn-around

Searched the faq. No go. Here it is:
You know how the ai s-l-o-w-l-y turns when you come up from behind, leaving you time enough to watch a movie and phone your relatives.
I need to make the ai turn around faster, using trigonometry and not watch-commands (too slow). This would really beef up the realism and difficulty level. Any suggestions?

I found the answer on the Ed depot. Toadlife wrote a nifty little function called: DirToObj. That covers it all.  8)
