Bibmi's Marines

The muzzle flash on the marine's guns is permanently on, making it look as though the marines are running around with feather dusters on the end of their guns. Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this?

Will do.

I'm looking forward to para's you can place already in the chute as I can never get helicopters to load up in the mission editor.

just type in the init of each soldier

this moveincargo "choppername"

chopper name is obviously the name you give the chopper

but if ya got a large group of men do the following

in the in the group leader's init field line, type:

GROUPNAME=group this

NOTE:  Substituting GROUPNAME for whatever name you want to call the group).

then make a trigger with activation west present and in the init put

groupname moveincargo choppername

i think that should work

or

Create your soldier  and name him.  Then create a parachute and name it para1, insure you set its Special field as Flying.  Then in the soldiers init. field add this line:

this moveindriver para1

NOTE: You will need to do this for each soldier you want to parachute (give each parachute a new name).  Also if the parachute is not high enough, you can add this line to the soldier's init. field:

name FlyInHeight 100

NOTE:  Name is the soldiers name and 150 is his new height in meters

And i'm no moderator but, mate, if at all possible could you please stick your threads in the correct forum, first off - this is the pre-1985 forum, and as much as i'd love Bimbi to be making the pre-1985 British soldiers (back when we were hard... i mean these lads today are still harder than anyone else but just not as hard as before), he aint.

Sorry to be stepping out like this but i just think it needed to be said.
