Hey

I'm sure you've all been watching CNN lately? Then you would have seen the recent Daizy Cutter bomb:

Now, if I wasn't going to be getting RES in 3 days, I wouldn't have got said this, so your luck.........I don't know how, but your lucky ::)

i asked about this earlier but i dont think anyone commented :-[
i agree it would be better than the nuke they got now i mean you would survive it
but it would require a C130 drop it for realism and i saw someone was working on a cargo drop script or something it might be possible

i didn't realize you could script the indiscriminate destruction of all trees and foliage in an area.  If you can that would be sweet
Trained to Fight, Trained To Kill, Ready to Die, but Never Will.  Marines Make the Blood Flow, Blood Makes the Grass Grow...

Hmm the BLU-87 is definately not a weapon suited to OFP...Just as a nuke isn't. It just doesn't fit in with the feel of the game. It's a battelfield simulator....not a "let's just finish it off with one big bang simulator" ::) :-\

Well, OpFlash is based for realism, so there's no reason why they can't have it in (Not saying that OpFlash should have it though)

Would be an excellent ENDGAME weapon - if you don't finish all the sabotage in time, get that wrecked AA gun operational etc etc

Would love the script for this sort of thing  ;)

The military used daisy cutters to clear LZs in the jungles of vietnam.  So I think for missions like that, it would be pratical, just think of a cutscene!
