How to create a freeze frame image

Would like to be able to provide a team with a still of the objective area ( much as if a KEYHOLE had passed over )

Any ideas?

Finish the transition to the pic you want.
Then put

setAccTime 0.0

It will freeze everything.

Note that everything will freeze with this.
