Ahh ive ran into a problem ive created it and edited it but its just ove 20Mb and i cant get onto my Sisters comp where she has Windows XP with Windows Movie Maker their for i cant add text and other effects on the video and i cant get it down to the correct file size

Any ideas ?

And ive got a bet going with a mate he says if i win he will sell his X-Box for 20£ so fingers crossed  ;D

have you tried compression in lots of different ways? remember that winrar files usually get better compression than zipped files.

Well i have windows 2000 im sure i dont have it i have tried installing it it says it wont work because it aint XP

ill try winrar aswell see if that compress the file anymore ill try and find a way if i can get on my sisters computer but its looking rather grim so far

For the avoidance of doubt, any submissions in .rar format will be deleted.

yes. my suggestion was merely for the purposes of transferring files from one computer to another in 456820's particular case. 456820, remember to change it back!  ;D

Too late and the anoying thing is now i can get on my sisters comp to save it to uder 20mb
Oh well doubt i would of won anyway

When will we find out who has won or do you not know when you will of finished judging ?

The judging will take as long as it takes - can't say a precise date yet. Later this month.  :)

I wouldnt of won but its not the winning its the taking part that counts  ::) or is it  ;D

I think there will be more then 10 maybe 20 ?

wouldn't it be more interesting to display all videos online and announce the result later?

I didn't participate, but I'm quite curious to see the results

and the Christmas theme itself will look quite curious in a few weeks time, so why not have them online for the end of the Holidays
