ever since i started unpacking .PBOs with amalfi's UnPBO tool, ive noticed that nearly all addons use the .paa and .pac filetypes.

but how can i view/change them?

is there some kind of editing/viewing program for .paa and .pac?

You need texview, try searching in Google. Or go to the BIS site and look in tools.

TexView 1.1 is in our Editors Depot too.

Also there is PAATool 1.1 which was developed by feersum.endjinn. PAATool should give better texture quality than what TexView does.

For information about differences between PAA and PAC you should read BIS forum thread Short info about using paa/pac for starters. About PAATool 1.1 you should read BIS forum threads Paatool 1.1 released and Png2pac texture conversion tool, Better texture quality than texview.
