count units whole side

what is the line that will check for all the players on one side i know its something like "{count units} this list" or something like that i just cant find the right one im trying to say "all units on one side setdammage -0.2" to decrease there aim?

Area:  whole map
Activation:   East Present Once
On activation:   "_x setDammage -0.2" forEach thislist

Syntax not guaranteed.
